He started his vocational training in Italy with M° A. Janigro and M° M. Brunello. He then moved to Russia (St. Petersburg Conservatory) where he went on with M° A. Nikitin and M° D. Shafran and then moved to Germany with M. Nykos (HdK).

He played with the St. Petersburg Trio and with the St. Petersburg Cello ensemble.

He cooperated with the Symphony  Orchestra of the Flemish Opera in Antwerp (Belgium) and with the orchestra of Berlin Radio (DSO), with the Galicia Symphony Orchestra (Spain), with the Chamber Orchestra of Mantova. Furthermore as principal cellist with the orchestra of  La Fenice theater (Venice), Carlo Felice theater (Genova), with the “Verdi” Symphony Orchestra in Milan and with “Toscanini” orchestra in Parma .

He plays regularly as soloist, in duo and trio with piano, with harp and different ensembles.

He is art director of the “Silenus Ensemble” and cello professor at the “L. Marenzio” Music Conservatory in Brescia.
